This is a highly optimised (Mobile ready) building I created based on and existing building from google maps. It is designed to use as little texture memory and draw calls as possible with a mobile friendly shader (No PBR). The building was modelled in 3Ds max.

The total texture memory comes under 2048x2048px when Specular and AO are channel packed together.
Textures used to create the building. This is non PBR specular because its optimised for mobile however can be converted to metal roughness for PBR easily.
